Jeffrey A. Cooper provides general business representation to companies throughout Wisconsin, with an emphasis on financial institutions, privately-held companies, and small businesses.
Known for his expertise in banking and commercial law, Jeffrey counsels on issues relating to commercial banking, real estate, secured lending and commercial transactions, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, collections and defense of lender liability actions. He has also earned a strong reputation for representing individuals in a variety of issues including personal injury, trust and estates, and family law.
Jeffrey currently is an active member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. He has served as a Board Member in a number of community organizations including the Milwaukee Jewish Federation, The Jewish Community Center, and The American Heart Association. Jeffrey was also honored by The Jewish National Fund for his long-time dedication to the community.
Jeffrey received his law degree from California Western School of Law and his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
